Current Activities and Associations: Bill Warinner is the 2007 Chapter President of American Institue of Architects Gainesville, American Institute Architects Florida and the American Institute of Architects (National). Florida Trust for Historic Preservation and National Trust for Historic Preservation. An Alachua County Commision appointed member of the Alachua County Historic Commission. Member and past President of the Board of Directors for Historic Gainesville Inc.
Honorary societies and awards include: 2005 Recipient of AIA Gainesville Community Service Award. Gargoyle (UF architectureal) Honor Society, Tau Sigma Delta (national architectural) Honor Society (UF Omega Chapter) and Gainesville Community Playhouse Golden Apple Award for Set Design.
