Current Activities and Objectives: Primary focus is on historic property. Bill Warinner's Education and experience make him uniquely qualified to assist in the purchase or sale of historic property, either residential or commercial. When buying land for new construction in a historic context there is much to know about dealing with historic preservation review boards. These considerations are even more complicated when FEMA, commercial and compound use are involved.
Current Associations Include: National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Gainesville Alachua County Association of Realtors. Bill has been accredited by the National Trust for historic preservation as an expert in historic property and is a historic property specialist.
Honorary societies and awards include: A number of awards for being the top listing and top closed production real estate agent for each of the real estate companies where he has worked. Bill has also received numerous recognitions for various acts of community service.
Broker association history includes: ERA Trend Realty 1992, Watson Realty 1993 through 1995, RE/MAX Profesionals, Inc. 1996 through 1998 and Trend Realty since 1999. Bill is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, the Florida Association of REALTORS and the Gainesville Alachua County
Association of REALTORS. Bill chaired the Commercial Investment Committe of GACAR in 2000 and served two terms on the Grievance Committee. Bill is accredited by the National Trust for Historic Presevation as Expert in the sales of historic properties and is seeking to create the designation Historic Property Specialist.
Educational achievments include: Upper Freehold Township High School in Allentown, N.J., 1959; Associate of Arts Degree, Santa Fe Community College, 1969; Bachelor of Design in Architecture, University of Florida, 1972; graduate studies in historic preservation through 1978.
